Transportation policy
📦 Place of delivery and delivery time
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Due to the impact of inventory and the timeliness of our logistics partners, we will complete the shipment within 15 to 30 working days after placing the order (holidays will be postponed). You will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number.
🌍 delivery range
It currently covers the entire European Union and supports some non-EU countries (such as Switzerland and Norway). When checking out, enter the address and the shipping fee and availability will be automatically calculated.
⏳ logistics tracking
After shipment, you can check the status of your package through the tracking link in the email. If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact howful@householdging.com for verification.
🚚 freight standard
Within the European Union: Free shipping for orders over €50, and a standard shipping fee of €5.99 will be charged for orders below this amount.
Non-eu countries: Freight charges are calculated in real time based on the destination. Customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.
⚠️ Notes
Remote areas or customs inspections may cause additional delays. It is recommended to allow buffer time.
If the address is incorrect, please contact us for modification before shipment; otherwise, a second shipping fee may be incurred.
🔍 after-sales support
Please report any transportation issues to the email within 7 days after the arrival of the goods, along with the order number and a photo of the package. We will assist in handling it.
