Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Due to the special nature of furniture products (such as customization, high transportation costs, hygiene issues, etc.), we currently do not support returns, exchanges or refunds, unless the product has the following circumstances:

Transportation damage: The goods are found to be damaged during transportation upon receipt (photo/video proof is required).

Serious quality issue: The product is seriously inconsistent with the description or has functional defects (feedback is required within 48 hours).

Size and space fit: It is recommended to measure the installation position and compare it with the data on the product detail page.

Material and color differences: There may be color differences in the screen display. The actual product is subject to the description.

Special product description: Custom furniture, clearance items, etc. are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Inspection responsibility

When signing for the package, please check the outer packaging on the spot. If any damage is found, please refuse to accept it and take photos for record. Otherwise, it will be regarded as acceptance.

Even if returns are not supported, we still offer the following guarantees:

✅ Quality warranty: Some products are covered by a limited-time warranty (see product page for details).

✅ Accessory replacement: If small accessories such as screws are missing, they can be replaced free of charge.
